Paul simon does, I guess. Are you all familiar with his last alblum, "you're the one" ? It's an excellent disk, if you're a simon fan, kind of new-agey for sure (lots of world influence) pretty mellow, but great lyrics. Very addictive (all I listened to for a year)

Anyway, one of the songs is clearly a DMT song, all about reincarnation (and karma):

"There is a frog in south america
whose venom is a cure
for all the suffering

So I'm wondering if people have noticed any other DMT refrences in popular culture lately?

Both Paul Simon and Sting are, according to many, deeply interested in ayahuasca. Sting apparently has a book coming out soon with sections on his Brazil yage trips.

I've never smoked Toad Venom, but the active principle is 5-MeO-DMT and I have had a few experiences with it in its pure form

Beyond my experience reports which can be found at Erowid, I don't have much to add except to say that 5-MeO-DMT is one of the few psychedelics that I have had true religious/mystical/spiritual experiences with. Remarkable substance to say the least.
