THE 13th TRIBE WEAVING
The 13th Tribe Weaving is the Global Anahata (Heart)
Chakra Working and will be performed at Glastonbury,
England –the Heart Chakra of our planet- on Summer
Solstice 2003.
Twelve initiates will each represent one of the Twelve
Tribes or source-races of humanity. These
representatives will each have a strong cultural
resonance with the tribe they are representing if not
direct blood links.
These twelve shall be woven together -both etherically
and with physical threads through piercings ritually
executed in the Anahata chakra of each -by a central
thirteenth, who 'may wear a triple veil'- such a task
would difficult for a single weaver, and will thus
probably be represented by three as the triple
goddess. While only the Anahata charkas of the
initiates will be woven together physically, the
extended chanting of the seven chakra tones will
activate all.
The Thirteenth Tribe Weaving will be a balancing
ceremony between solar and lunar energies. It shall
begin in the afternoon, with the sun beating down on
the twelve initiates as they are woven together by the
Thirteenth in the centre, connected with thread by
their own Anahata (heart) chakras to each other.
The Weaver connects the twelve initiates to represent
the union of the Twelve Tribes to form the Thirteenth,
the emerging multi-cultural Global Tribe. The
twelve-pointed star thus formed also suggests the
traditional solar 12-month zodiac, as echoed in the
Glastonbury Zodiac in the microcosm of the surrounding
landscape.
Each initiate here also represents one of the Twelve
Petals of the symbolic group Anahata Chakra unfolding,
for in the Hindu Tantric tradition of 'chakra-puja' a
chakra can be a circle of initiates (a 'Kaula') as
well as a centre within an individual's body. The
piercings through the chest are reminiscent of the
Hopi Indian sundance ceremony.
Then at dusk (the 'even-ing' between dark and light,
sun and moon) the Weaver weaves hirself in, as the
13th Tribe is symbolically formed. As the moon rises,
the Weaver moves out to become the thirteenth point in
the star-web, which then represents four things:
*The 13-point star-diamond of Ma-nifestat-ion (outer
star of illustration) chanelled by Frater Achad
(‘Unity’) on initial receipt of the Maat (Egyptian
Goddess of Truth and Balance) current, signifying it's
earthing in this Aeon;
*The Lunar Zodiac of which Arachne is the Thirteenth
sign;
*The 13-baktun time-map of the Mayans, the Thirteenth
point of-which represents the final baktun/cycle from
1992 to 2012 -the Solar Age (glyph: AHAU)
*The Global Unity of all peoples and cultures as the
Thirteenth Tribe.
