i dont know who have children here, i have two, fraternal boy twins age 4. they have displayed enormous amounts of "knowing" and "seeing", and have several times caused my jaw to drop. one instance, was after having moved in to our new home, i was going to plant a passion flower in the back garden, but my spade only went 2 inches down and then bang! i hit something hard.
after two days of constant excavating (and most interesting finds)i found a very old stone floor and in the corner, an enormous cauldron imbedded in the ground, a week later, afetr archaeologist had finished, we lifted the cauldron to investigate...a stonelined tunnel like hole was unearthed. i sat there for a while and meditated on the hole, and suddenly a colourful "army" of every concievable spider species came from every corner of the garden and moved in to the tunnel. i had had certain(psychopomp)spider experiences recently,(very recently), but to get back to my children, as i sat there, one of my sons, J. came out of the house looked down(spiders were already moved in and not in sight)and started throwing rocks and lumps of earth back into the hole, i said: -"no, i want to leave it open for a few days"
he replied, firmly,-"no mummy, thats where we came from, we better cover it up and leave them alone" and continued filling the hole.
stunned over his wisdom, i agreed with him and we finished the job together.

both my sons have also made frighteningly clairvoyant drawings, i have kept the ones with messages attached to them, one is a dolphin and a whale, and D's title is:"there's a dolphin and a whale up there"i asked "where?" he said: "the Moon!"
(i have always strongly (quietly, not to be mocked)believed that the moon is a piece of our planet, and that is the reason the rapa nui are watching the sky, looking out for the ancestors that went up there)

another drawing, made by J, is a ragged red and dark grey "form" titled "it's a firestation"
two weeks later a firestation!! was ablaze in our county...and there's more...

i would like to hear some of your views and/or experiences with spirituality and children,
i, myself, do not expose my kids to my own ramblings of prophecies and like, but of course we do discuss elementals and spiritual matters, as part of our daily lives.

love and respect, nanouk

As to the clairvoyant abilities of children, a story: Before he died, my father grew very close to my young niece, H. He adored her and spent as much time with her as he could. Shortly after he passed on, my sister-in-law took H. to visit his grave. As they pulled up to the gravesite, H. -- who was about 3 at the time -- got very excited and claimed to see her "Pap-pap" standing under a tree not far from the grave. She was so insistent he was there that it totally unnerved my sister-in-law.

Not long after that, H. woke up one morning and declared that Pap-pap had visited her the night before and told her that she was going to have a baby sister. As it turned out, my sister-in-law was indeed pregnant and had another little girl.

I should note that my mom and I have both had "visitations" from my dad while we were asleep, but neither of us have ever seen him while awake in the daylight, as my niece did. I think kids are more open to possibilities that we as adults tend to close our minds to.

I totally agree that some children are tuned in on the more subtle levels.

When my son was 3 he talked alot about the "barnies" (his made-up name) that visit him. I took it to be the typical imaginary friend that alot of kids have.
One day, I had left our horse tied up on a tether to eat the long grass outside the pasture.
At some point he entangled himself and fell off the cliff. I heard the commotion and came running, I was so freaked out...it was a miracle that my horse was fine. I was going on about how I didn't understand how he could be fine and my son said he saw all the "barnies" helping him.
The way he described them I realised he was talking about fairies!

good day, *and a fine one it is from where i am watching*
both my son's were resuscitated when newborn, one at delivery and one the morning after, sometimes i wonder if that experience gave them a different grasp of certain frequencies, and an intuitive "memory" of their near death experience?

with respect,

nanouk

ps. i have had two, (one at age 4, and one last year)near fatal experiences myself and remember some of my receptions ds.
