It says:
a, Meditation improves the brain's ability to perform tasks, even if you have not meditated before.
b, Meditation over long periods thickens or develops some areas in the cortex in much the same way as the cortex of 'accomplished musicians, athletes and linguists' is thickened in specific areas.
I mediate/pray.
I find it beneficial.
