Dave, you've already made the leap by asking these questions. Nobody can give you the answers though, alas! You have to experience it for yourself. So, yeah, yoga might be your thing, or maybe visine will turn you on. Only you will know.

Personally, I find yoga asanas boring, but my wife practices surya namakara every morning.

Dude, i was riffing on prepping for the "ride" as in a car when you're a tripping teenager.
