Credit for McKenna?

Hi,

I loved BOTH, but found the underlying philosphy to be a rehash of McKennas. Now with the 2012 thing - didn't McKenna come up with this stuff a while ago?

Unfortunately I haven't read the book yet (so I may be out of line), but I haven't seen any mention of McKenna in any of the book's online information. Seems like some acknowledgement of where the ideas originated might be in order?

Please ignore the above post. After actually reading the book, I've realized that full credit for McKenna is given throughout. Further evidence that you should not make comments about books based on the cover blurb.
