Princetion Engineering Anomalies Research (http://noosphere.princeton.edu/quake.indonesia.html) This shows a strong response, as it has done for a number of recent earthquakes. It is mentioned in ROQ.
The EEG is a network of about 64 computers across the world that spit out a stream of random numbers. The numbers are truly random, because they are dervived from quantum electrical 'noise'.
In a nutshell, the deviation of this random stream from randomness shows up after major world events, E.G. 9-11, tsunami, or whatever.
Curiously, the deviation from the average starts BEFORE these events happen, suggesting that time has a nonlinear structure, or that there is some kind of collective precognitive ability.
