Well I relate to that video on a personal level since the teacher I took classes from can do similar things. His teacher, Master Yao, a Buddhist monk, also ignited paper balls -- but not with his hands -- with his eyes!! He did that too much one day and then later spit up blood back in his monk cell.

Thanks for posting this video and opening my consciousness to Qigong. Check out the comment I posted for that video on the site. Thai Chi is really powerful and after I dedicate my being to Kundalini Yoga I definitely want to further learn about Qigong. I have read that doing Qigong incorrectly can severely damage your chi.
