you mentioned chakras. Can you give the title of a book that's a good intro to these.

By the way I think the latest circle is a representation of the chakras, the heart and the third eye being the most obvious....

The book "Yoga for Transformation" by Gary Kraftsow has a good coverage of the different chakras as well as a good overview of the Indian subtle body.

His book is very practice oriented.
