View Full Version : Declaration of Intended Use

i've been looking at some of these online sites that sell various plants and herbs.
some say they require this declaration for the item to be shipped.
what exactly is one supposed to say in this?
considering that these items are listed as not for human consumption what is a reasonable/acceptable answer to this?

That declaration is there to protect the seller in case Big Brother decides to look into what is going on.
Of course you're not supposed to use things that are against the law. That is why that declaration is there. To make sure no laws are broken.

i understand what it' for. i want to know what line of bullshit i'm supposed to give them..... you know, a plausible reason for buying it for a reason other than going to innner space.
as for the WM3. they are three metal head kids that got railroaded in to life sentences for murdering 3 younger boys. one of them faces the death penalty.
there has never been any witnesses or evidence tying them to the case. no DNA not probably cause or explainable method.
the sole base of the conviction 15 years ago was a coerced false testimony extracted from one of the defendants who is mentally challenged, at the time under age and not provided with an opportunity to contact his parents or lawyers.

or i could go on.

This is an exact reason why I am in favor of establishing a Foreign Legion composed of volunteers like the WMT.Let Gott sort it out.
If they make it back, give then 5 acres down by the river and a tiller and a few bucks per month in Indian Territory.
It sounds like they are in deep dodo and would be EXTREMELY lucky to not come out of their present experience along with PTSD.

i suppose it is a better option than the gas chamber.
because there is no going back once you've offed an innocent person.
definitely a back to basics, you are out of the tribe approach.
the whole penal system needs a reworking that's for sure.
as for my original question.....
i'm assuming something along the lines of claiming to be involved in some scientific research with microscopes and that kind of stuff,
but if anyone has an idea what would convince the customs thugs
it would be appreciated.

Speaking of highs don't you think that if the substance or product that you seem paranoid concerning were good for you the government would welcome it in and even approve of it's manufacture.;)
I can't imagine what you're trying to import other than mushrooms or the like.
That shit that Daniel's promoting will sure fuck you up.
Speaking of which I saw our beloved BOTH sponsor on TV last night talking about December 21st 2012,the last day of the Mayan Calender and the Celestial events surrounding that time. The transiet of Venus and a solar eclipse which can only be viiewed from Apocylapse Islad, four hundred miles off the coast of Chile.
I don't know if it were the editors(probably a bunch of disgruntled Scientolgists) were trying to make Daniel look bad or what but he looked and sounded outnumbered in his quest for Godly recognition.:skeptic:
