Every morning, just as I awoke, I would often feel - as I came to - the presence of a little kernel of fear or depression in my heart.

For the last few weeks this has been gone. I marvel at the peaceful lightness that has replaced it.

I know that it never needs to come back.

I live in Ireland.

Thanks for the word 'Enantiodromia'. I didn't know it before.

Life for Me is good in general, this is significant for me though and represents a staging post or a marker that shows progress is happening.

Just to let you know. The seed of doubt/fear/guilt is still absent. It has truly gone. It is wonderful, and my life has been much improved in all sorts of ways this last year.

Dna, If I may ask you, did something occur or happen that instigated this "kernel of fear" to leave you? Did you meditate or take a magic pill or pray or deconstruct your inner mind. or.....? Or did it just happen in a natural kind of way? thanks.

I agree Sidecross,but then your insurance won't pay your loved ones.
Willow,all the more reason for socialized medicine not based on financial gain.The very reason we have so many foreign doctors begging to come to America.

whoa isaiah where is anyone but the occasional u or me or willow? no wonder sidey is hx. would like to see him again here. very dry california this year. no winter and now daylight savings starts. like this year just went from long summer to short fall to spring. all the trees are bloomin. but NO rain. luckily the storms seem east of you so far this year. hope it stays that way.

don't you all think it's pitiful how many "rats" there are in the world? And I don't mean the furry whiskered kind, which im rather fond of. . . .i mean people who rat on their friends. . . like anonymous. . . .and the fabulous "they"--they are sure chasing down these hackers, damn the expense.

Yes I certainly enjoyed Sidey's posts.I always learned something.Willow.and no disrespect to you and Ms Bee but I've found the biggest rats to be lawyers,doctors,and others of authority.No ethics,no conscience toward truth and justice.Mostly just love of the dollar and narcisstic(sp) personalities.
