Has anybody read or put into practice Gabriel Cousins : Rainbow green live food cuisine diet? I'd like to hear your thoughts and experiences with this subject.

eh.

i tend to favor 'rawlivinglive' diets similar to the ones cousens theorizes about, i am no fan of that man though.

his yoga-jew-indian-medicine-chief pose sickens me.

i know plenty of folks who've been out to his little ranch, met him, blah, blah...

in reality it seems that his latest take on stuff equates to eating tons of seeds, and nuts, combined into various dishes.

it's all based on Robert O. Young's work ("sick and tired" i think is the title.) and the basic concept is low glycemic diet.

cousens got into it because of the obvious problems many 'fruitarians' in the rawfood scene have.

i've come around to the view that a little low glycemic cooked food isn't a bad thing overall.

whatever.

i always find a decent piece of red meat kicks the whole grounding process off, when one is stuck in a particular grid!

Napa cabbage is great.

No, nothing to do with grounding. Just felt like mentioning it.

You want grounding? Cold shower.

cold water after a sweat lodge is the best.

has to do with the circulation, and lymphatic system.

I have taken a number of cold plunges. Not from such a height though.

Man, this is going to nag at me now, isn't it?

Exclamation

I about had to take a cold plunge after reading Lady Sami's last post.

It was a blowout yesterday in Philly. Just goes to show that money can't buy love, even in the NFL.

Talking Cardiovascular Exhiliration

Well take a plunge, Amigo, the occasional carnivorous feast makes one understand the relative connection between the Wolf, the Ape, the Lemming and the Homo sapien...Go Liverpool! The Cave is ours now....take a Deep Breath, and smell the Guano!

i know, i know, it is so pure and ascendental to be a herbivorous Be-ing, but hey, that is not our genetic make-up! Cave men and women lived as long as us(78-ish), their diet consisted of Barrk, Roots, Berries and Steak.......and of course, Wild Fungi! No Grain, mind...cardiac killer stuff!

Love, Peace and Respect,

And Children when it got cold and lonely lovely woman with twins.
Only a warrior at one's side is cold and a reality.

I buried an enemy yesterday. He raped Mary Magdeine when I was out of town.He should have ask me first but it is still adultry and I forgive her cause I fucked a niggar later.

That's the first thing we will do Nanouk-produce collectable Tee's>The first one Lord CM will say-I've already paseed out the new CIA ones-anyway the Tee will say in big red letters,"I'm A Niggar"-desensitize the masses. The next word we will desensitize the public will either be"shit" or "f..K"

Have you kept up with Wolf(see I'm a mind reader)in N. Carolina?

Calling Manning.Manning come in.I'm comming back down and AM trying to get to work.

Piece for all.I mean peace.

Smile reality

Got one real big synchronicity with ole Michael didn't wee little Dan.
You know if you srtaightened out and respected the psychic warrior types who are fighting for your puny ass then maybe you'd shell otu a few grand to rent a place in Mexico for all of us who wish to see the truth-Sayulita,Nayarit,Mexico.Early January or early December.
Please reply. It was quite a synchronicity and should be seen as a feather in your cap.
