That stinks.
Listen Love.
If I were you I would be seriously considering buying an RV and a nice but inexpensive lot on Lake Eufaula.
All hookups included of course.

The more time you spend away from Port a San Franciso,the less are your chances of being gobbled up by the anarachy following any serious catastrophe.
And no.I wouldn't dream of living anywhere near a big city in South Texas.
Just Tepic and Puerto Vallarta for now.
