Silent Weapons for a Quiet War

I read some of it. It is compelling reading, there is probably a lot of truth in it, even if it is not a leaked document, and I intend to study it more.

I am really interested to know your opinions about this?

DNA, your query has not been ignored. I am reading this document with great interest--first observation--it is much too entertaining to have been created by any governmental entity.
